YouGotServed is a multi-tenant restaurant management platform that provides QR code ordering, online payments, menu management, order tracking, and administrative tools for restaurant operations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Restaurants using our platform are responsible for the accuracy of their menu information, pricing, availability, food safety compliance, and fulfillment of orders placed through the platform.
Payment processing is handled securely through our authorized payment partners. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to the applicable payment processor terms of service. Refund policies for food orders are determined by each individual restaurant. For our subscription refund and cancellation terms, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The YouGotServed platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
YouGotServed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
