YouGotServed offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period, so no refund is necessary if you choose not to continue.
If you cancel your subscription after the trial period, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. Subscription payments are processed through our authorized payment partner. Refund requests are handled in coordination with our payment provider and typically processed within 5-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the platform until that date.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the cost prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Refunds for customer food orders placed through the platform are the responsibility of the individual restaurant. Each restaurant sets its own refund and cancellation policies for orders. Customers should contact the restaurant directly for any order-related refund requests.
If you experience a billing error, were charged incorrectly, or believe a refund is warranted due to a service issue, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
